The shop never did call when they fixed my transmission in my truck the first time, had to call them to find out it was done, if I have ever been given an estimate when it might be done I can guarantee it's not done by then, it's at least 2 days later. I had to take it back twice after the initial repair to get leaks fixed in the rear main seal and one the plug bolt was just loose, ended up taking to a third party to get the leak repaired, transmission went out just over 6 months later after warranty period was over, took it back in, took 2 weeks to get parts, then it's leaking again from the rear main seal. The guys do seem knowledgable about what's wrong and their shop is clean, but they, I guess, choose not to fix it properly, only reason I'm still taking it back is because it's warranty work and therefore free. Horrible horrible repair work.
