Honda Civic Strange Speedometer Q. I have a 1992 Honda Civic hatchback. A couple of days ago my speedometer stopped working. But the strange thing about the whole thing is that when I turn on my headlights the needle moves up and down whenever I let off the gas or hit a bump. This all happens when the headlights are on. I was wondering if you can help me with my problem? Thanks, Damien

A. I don't mind telling you, this is a weird problem. One I have never come across before. If I had to make a guess, I would say that either the dashboard voltage regulator or the Instrument Panel Circuit Board is bad.
