Dodge Intrepid Won't Start After Repair

Q. 1998 Dodge Intrepid ES 3.2 liter V-6. I disconnected the battery and did some work on the rack and pinion inner tie rods. When I was done I reconnected the battery and found it turns over but will not start. Checked all connections, fuses, and codes except the P1684, they're fine. I will check for fuel and spark. But was wondering if there is some thing else?

Dodge Intrepid Won't Start After Repair

A. Checking for spark and fuel will tell you where you have to look for the problem. At this point it could be anything.

P1684 simply says the battery was disconnected within the last 50 key starts.
