Cigarette Lighter Fuse Q. Where is the fuse for the cigarette lighter plug in the 1997 Toyota 4-Runner? I blew it the other day with a 12 volt air compressor pumping my wife's tire up and put too much air and ran the amps too high I guess. The owner's manual makes no mention of this fuse and I've searched and tested both fuse boxes to no avail.

I called my local Toyota dealer and the service manager didn't know and acted like he didn't care either. I use a cell phone and would like to get the charger working again. Can you help?

A. The cigarette lighter gets power from the 15 amp ACC fuse in the passenger compartment fuse box.
