Chevy Lumina APV Fuel Pump Relay

Q. 1992 Chevy Lumina APV 3.1 liter, automatic transmission with 96,000 miles. Had short in under hood harness repaired same. Blew fuel pump fuse, replaced same. Ran for one day now not getting fuel. Found three relays in location of fuel pump relay. Can you tell me what are the wire colors to the fuel pump relay? Or do you have a wiring diagram of the fuel pump circuit?

Thanks...

Chevy Lumina APV Fuel Pump Relay

A. The fuel pump relay should have one terminal with two red wires coming off it. One of these wires will be short with a "test" terminal on it. This is to hook it to 12 volts and run pump in case of a bad relay. This relay should also click on when ignition is turned on and click off after two seconds.

You can get a complete wiring diagram at the Public Library, in the Reference Section.
