Ford Explorer PCV Valve Location Q. Hi there, I have a 1998 Ford Explorer 3.0 liter V-6 SOHC with 87,000 miles on it. The problem that I am having is that I can’t find the PCV valve. I have looked in the book but no luck. If you would let me know where it is, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Carl

A. The PCV valve is in the right valve cover, near the front.
