1. Electrical component failure, connection, or wiring harness damage to:
   1. Coast Clutch Solenoid (CCS).
   2. Shift Solenoid 3 (SS3).
   3. Powertrain Control Module (PCM).

2. Main control (valve) body:
   1. Bolts improperly torqued.
   2. Gasket damaged or out of position.
   3. CCS or SS3 solenoid stuck or leaking 0-ring.
   4. Separator plate damaged.
   5. Main control body valves or springs damaged or missing.
   6. Wrong component used in rebuild.

3. Coast clutch seal rings damaged.
4. Overdrive clutch damaged.
5. Wrong component used in rebuild.
