I was never treated so badly in my life. Not only was my car not ready on time, wasn't fixed, but the service manager Chuck Haessly treated me like an absolute moron. Just because I'm a women doesn't mean I'm an idiot. He was rude, condescending and totally insulting. I will never, ever bring my car back there for service and I urge everyone to save themselves a BIG headache and do not go to Ray Hutson.
This is the ONLY Shop in town, and do they act the part. Wife's car had bound emergency brake cable. Techs moved in indoors and actually forgot about it until I called, then found out it must have been frozen. D&J STILL charged me $25.00 for parking it indoors for a day.
Had previous experience with a different car - D&J told me I had to replace the coils on my 1990 Grand Prix, at about $800.00 - I asked them to check the crankshaft sensor - which it turned out to be afterall. So, instead of Spending $800.00 + - the TRUE problem was fixed for about $30.00.
