Repair Shop Reviews
Took 1 month for a 2 week job. The shop never called me about anything. I called to find out when the car would be ready. I called again on the promised day to find out it wasn't ready. This happened 4 times. When they said the only had to finish painting it, they tell me the next day they found $1200 more damage and needed another week to order parts. Awfule customer service, poor quality repairs. A friend of mine told me (after my car was already being worked on) that it took six months for them to properly repair there car. THey took several shortcuts and didn't paint or fix things thay thought the customer wouldn't see.
I've been going to the dealer for repair and maintenance, and it seemed like there was always something, (not covered by warranty) terribly wrong with my car. Finally, I took it to A.I.R. and they found the real problem. It was covered by warranty and for the first time in months, it runs great! I won't go back to the dealer.
