Just moved to a new "state of the art" facility, the prices have always reflected payments on this place for the many years I have dealt with them. They lost a used car I purchased once in their own lot. They missed 17 fist sized gobs of clear coat and over sprayed line-x on the body on a new truck. Big argument over 3.0 liter V-6 head gasket, 3 months later Toyota replaced it under a design flaw. They stated the head gasket they used to fix the problem initially was different than original equipment, it was not, outright lied to the customer at this point after mechanic had told me they replaced over 20 that month alone! The do good work, but man do you pay for it!
Young Kim has a tendency to replace items like brake pads when not fully worn out. By the same token, if something does not need to be replaced, he doesn't replace it.
