I called the store afterwards. Tim was rude and wouldn't provide his last name, telling saying "It was none of my concern."
Took car in for wiper repair ($200), ended up with a $600 repair for dash. Dealer says they didn't do but all was fine before they touched the car. This is not the first time the dealer caused more damage than they fixed. Saturn is backing the dealer word for word. I like my saturn 2001 SC1, I've had 3 saturns, but I will NOT buy another one. They used to treat customers with respect now they just want your money and they want all of it.
The store wanted to charge my sister for an estimate although she already knew what she needed. She received estimates before for no charge and questioned if it's a new policy. The rep didn't know. His manager, Tim, was there but offered no help. My sister inquired Tim about the charge and he was rude.
