Although I rate these guys as reasonably ok, my problem with them as that I put the car in for air condition fix and starter repair, and asked for a general checkup, then had it towed home on flatbed. When I drove it the following day, I didn't notice anything wrong until I had to punch the gas a bit at a stop sign and this slight clunking came from under and rear of the car. So I pulled over and hit the gas a couple times harder, and it was a big cluncking. Turns out busted transmission mount, that they swear was the result of my slight punching it at the stop sign, and nothing they could have done, i.e. test driving or towing, could have caused it.
