I felt very satisfied with how I was treated as a customer. I wasn't given the hard sell approach to some basic maintenance that was suggested on my 1996 olds cutlass. The staff at this shop seemed quite knowledgeable and took the time to explain what and why was needed. I don't know much about cars and I didn't feel intimidated at all.
