I was happy to find out that they do all types of auto mechanical work. When I had a problem with my car, the mechanic showed me the part and exlained why the repair was necessary.
WELL..ITS FEBRUARY 26TH AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY CAR. I FIND THIS UNACCEPTABLE SEEING THAT HE CALLED LAST NIGHT AND LEFT A MESSAGE SAYING THAT THE CAR WAS DONE AND HE WOULD LEAVE THE KEYS UNDER THE VISOR AND WE COULD COME PICK IT UP. WHEN I GET THERE THIS MORNING MY CAR IS BLOCKED IN BY AT LEAST FOUR CARS AND THE MIRROR IS STILL BROKEN AND STEVE IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND.
I was very pleased with my experience with this shop! I used to think that they only did New York State auto inspections and small repairs.
I have finally found my new repair shop!!!
I brought my car there because Steve is a friend of the family's, so I assumed he was a trustworthing individual. I was very wrong!! My car had over heated the night before I brought it in and he said that it was a cracked motor block at first, then told us that it was "just head gasket", he was going to order the part. He also said that he would repair a cracked side mirror and do the inspection. He said and kept saying that "it'll be done my the end of this week or by Saturday etc.etc.
