I took my car in to Independent Volvo for some basic repairs and the mechanics broke the lever that opens the hood of my car. I had to bring the car in a second time and they did not even repair it correctly. Now I have an ugly metal loop sticking out of the front of my car so I can get the hood open. I would not recommend Independent Volvo to my worst enemy.
I took my dodge in for repairs for a clicking noise coming from the tires. When I went in, I specifically told them no repairs were to be done that did directly cause the click from my tires. So, they replaced my accessory belt... and the click remained. Frustrated I took the car back in, and after waiting several days they handed it back to me along with a bill!! What's worse, they caused my car to make a loud squeeling noise when I turn the wheel, and refuse to repair the damage they did. In the end, my car is still damaged, the tire click never fixed, and they keep sending me bills... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
