Not only that, when I got my car back it was filthy. Dirt and grime was everywhere in the front seats. I was disgusted.
I have a 1985 Cutless, I pulled the power steering pump and pressure hoses, I called Morley Motors and he told me he would charge me $50.00 to put the new pump and hoses that I supplied him with, He called me the next day and told me the car was done and that it was going to cost me $258.00. He told me it took him 6 hours too put the pump in and presure hoses, yea right. He never gave me a written estimate, my daughter dropped off the car. Other repair shops in Howard City gave me written estimates, after the fact, the most expensive one was for $110.00. Morley Motors will not come down on his price even after I showed him 2 written estimates for $150.00 less than his bill, I guess the car will be sitting in Morley for a while, I refuse to pay that amount, the car itself is only worth about $100.00. My daughter uses it to go back and forth to school.
I had a warranty on my car and my warranty company recommended them - BIG MISTAKE.
They took their sweet time fixing it - over two weeks, well over the time they said it would be done.
