Repair Shop Reviews
I recovered from my 1998 Civic Ex from theft. Estimate was little over $1000. Other independent shops said the car would be ready in 2 or 3 days and Herson's Honda said it would be in a week. I chose Herson's just because the service woulbe trusty though it would take little more time. The detail was replacing front bumper, installing two front speakers, repair body around the oil cap area.
However, it took total 24 days for them to finish. Whenever, I called them, the shop manager reluctantly picked up and only said "wait." I called them at least 15 times. I finally took a bus there on the 21st day just to find out that they didn't even started repair. I yelled and screamed a lot and they finished that in 3 days. Thye never apologized for the delay either officially or unofficially. However, one speaker was not in the right place and the other was loosely attached to the door. I could have taken the car to reservice them but was too scared to wait another 3 weeks. No shop can be lazier and ruder that this dealer.
