I took my car to PEP Boys, Litteton Colorado, right beside Lowes. They told me my car was missing a radiator hose and that it would cost nearly $300 to fix. He told me if I did not get the work done my engine would be ruined, he told me that I could not drive my car. He watched me sit there with my three kids and cry, he watched me drive my car away because I did not have the money. He let me drive off his lot with no water in my engine. The little heartless man had the nerve to tell me if there was anything else he could do he would. My neighbor came over, he said the clamp was missing from my radiator hose, it took him 10 minutes to replace the little metal clamp. Pep Boys should put a big sign outside the door "we kick you when your down".
I travel via auto or airline 300 days per year. I have broken down in nearly every state in the USA. I am compelled to report that I received the best and most reasonable service at Snow's Automotive in Denver Colorado of all previous repair experiences I had ever had to incur.
