I was fraudulently charged $70 for the removal of a cv halfshaft to access the alternator. Two years when I had to re-replace the alternator myself, I did the work myself, and never had to touch the halfshaft. Also, I replaced the halfshaft shortly after. Based on the rust-weld, it appeared as though the shaft had never been touched since the car was built 10 years earlier.

The brake job was horrible. It failed almost immediately. Two weeks later, I took my car to a Honda dealer, and they read a list of repair goofs including both rear cylinders leaking, misadjusted & broken parking brake.
