Very LONG delays. I dropped my car in for brakes check. Staff pointed me to the waiting area. They did not contact me for 2 days; I had left them my home and cell numbers. Staff and manager were incompetent. For instance, they had a difficult time locating my client information on their database. A third-party, non-Pep Boys auto mechanic checked my brakes, and suggested to return my car to Pep Boys because the rotor was not properly aligned and installed and the product they used were defective non-Honda parts, which explains why the problem of squeaking and vibrating when I use the brakes have not been resolved. They did not respond to my phone calls until I talked to manager and finally complained about the long delays and poor service. Pep Boys SUCKS.
