Be forewarned about this place. I took my low mileage (40k) Honda van in because of engine noise and poor acceleration. Diagnosis was I needed a new transmission ($4600 rebuilt/over $6k new). Service rep told me "the gears were stripped." I couldn't believe it and had the car towed to another Honda Dealer. This dealer identified the problem as a broken catalytic converter and replaced it UNDER WARRANTEE. The car is now fine. Seems Ourisman Honda tried to cheat me out of a huge amount of money. BE FOREWARNED! I would NEVER do business with this place again.
The owner is consumer-oriented. He will solve ANY car problem or need you have for a very reasonable price!
A bunch of crooks! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE! My car was fixed with glue. Yes - glue.
Spent close to $1000. Needless to say, car did not pass MD inspection.
I was without my truck for over a month. I refund that I had coming to me for aftermarket parts that they could not get was withheld until the insurance company got involved. I was mislead frequently and my truck was returned to me with a valance missing as well as screws from the turn signal and wiper cowling.
They tried to sell me all types of services that I told them had just been completed on my S10 pickup. In addition, their prices were significantly higher than other garages for the same work. In addition, the first time I used them the garage never called me to tell me my truck was ready and the service department closed before I got to the dealer.
I used this shop for many years until I moved 40 miles away. They always did a good job. I am now looking for another shop and hope I can find one as reliable.
