Chrysler Voyager Whistles Happily

Q. Hi Mr. Ciulla: I have a question regarding a 2001 Chrysler Voyager, base model with 3.3 liter V-6 engine and 4 speed auto transmission. It does not have ABS and has 40,000 miles. A whistling type sound is heard ONLY after the car has warmed up and ONLY at the 2000 RPM level. It disappears above and below that point (plus or minus about 50 rpm). I do not see any disconnected vacuum lines. Any thoughts?

Thank you for your time and consideration.
Dan

A. There was a TSB out on a wind noise problem. You didn't say, specifically, where the noise is coming from so I offer this as a possibe solution to the problem.
