Volvo C70 DTC P0102 Q. Good Morning, My wife's 1998 Volvo C70 5 cylinder failed Georgia emissions inspection, P0102. Is this something I can fix or need to take to repair shop? Thanks, Dan

A. P0102 - Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input. This means that either the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor is bad or there is a problem with the wiring. If you are good with a DVOM you can test the MAF circuit. The procedure is a little lengthy, but you can find it in the service manual. You can get a copy from your local public library.

If not, then the Volvo Dealer is your best bet.
