Upgrading A Corvette Q. I have a 1980 Chevy Corvette 350 cid, automatic, 77,000 miles. Recent modifications: Headers with duals out back Heads were port and polished Transmission shift kitted Some pollution control removed

Everything else is stock. I would like to update with a new high performance carburetor. What do you suggest? Please advise.

A. I would look at the aftermarket fuel injection kits! They would make that Vette go! As for carburetors, Eldebrock has manifold and carburetor combinations available as well as Holley.
