Can't Turn Off Blower Motor

Q. I have a 1991 Buick LeSabre with a 3.8 V-6 engine, and 85,000 miles on it and it has electronic climate control system on it. The problem that I am having is with the blower motor. After the car is shut off, the blower motor still runs when the key is turned off. The only way I have found to shut it off is to take out the fuse.

Any ideas on this problem?

Thanks,
Jeff T.

A. Yes, I do have an idea. It is the Blower Motor Control Module. The BMCM is located at the RH rear of the engine compartment, center of heater and A/C module.
