BMW No Start
Q. I own a 1997 BMW 528i that won't start. There is no warning lights or anything that comes on when I turn the key. Every now and then I can get the radio and the horn to work to come on when the key is turned half way. Do you have any idea what is wrong?

A. From what you describe, the problem would appear to be in the ignition switch itself. That would be the first thing to check. And while I'm not 100% sure, I do believe that it would be covered under the BMW warranty.
