Q. Vince, 1991 Nissan 240SX (you've helped me before!)
1. Clicking sound from dash when A/C is on.
2. Passenger window won't go back up with that switch.
3. How do I get the radio and front door speakers out?
4. I notice a light puff of grey smoke when I accelerate after sitting at a light. I'm using 20/50 and it's not time for a change yet.

A. Okay, by the numbers.
1. If you have Electronic Climate Control, (ECC) then what you are hearing is the ECC control unit moving the blend door into position to maintain the inside air temperature.
2. If it opens with the master door switch, and the P/W window lock isn't turned on, then it's a bad door switch.
3. There are four screws that hold the radio bezel in. Two tucked uner the top and two down by the ash tray. Take oit thses four screws and remove the bezel. Then there are four silver screws holding the radio assembly in. Remover these four screws and the whole assembly will slide forward and out.
The front door panels have to be removed to get the speakers out. Once the door panel is off, there are four screws holding them in place. Remove the screws and slide the speakers out.
4. This is an indication that the valve seals are stsrting to go bad and need to be replaced.
