Chevy Cavalier Starter Wiring Q. Could you tell me the correct wiring for the starter solenoid on a 1995 Chevy Cavalier 2.2 liter? Or better yet blast me a photo. I botched something but I can't figure out what.

1. There's the starter to the solenoid (very short cable that goes to one solenoid post)
2. The ground goes to the small bolt.
3. Now I have two cables left, a heavy gauge red cable that I suspect comes from the battery. But there is a smaller gauge cable that I can't remember where it came from.

A. Without seeing the wires, it's tough to tell. Have you checked the eyelets on the wires? All the big holes go to the big stud on the solenoid. One small eye goes to the start stud.
