Olds Cutlass Has No High Speed Fan Q. Hi, I have a 1983 Olds Cutlass Supreme 3.8 liter V-6 and automatic transmission. The blower motor stopped working on high speed. Have low and medium speed. I checked the resistor with an ohmmeter and found no open circuits. What should I look for next? Any help would be great. Thanks, Alan

A. The resistor only comes into play when you are on the lower speeds. The high position usually has a high speed relay to switch to straight 12 volts. It should be mounted close to the resistor.
