Chevy Lumina SES Light On Q. My Service Engine Soon light comes on when I decelerate, like coming on a ramp off the highway. Also, the car idles rough and sounds like it is missing. It drives very well down the highway. I would appreciate any help you can give. A. When that light comes on there is a code or many stored in the computers memory. We need to find out what codes are stored so we can assist you in diagnosis. You will need a scan tool to retrieve the codes from the PCM.
