Cougar Cooling System Q. Hi, Any chance of a diagram of the cooling system, pipe runs etc, for a 1984 Mercury Cougar 3.8 liter V-6 automatic transmission, Fuel Injection? Thanks, Gail

A. If you are looking for a diagram of all the bypass and heater hoses, I'm afraid I can't help you. My Cougar service manual from Ford doesn't even have a diagram like that.

I don't have a Chilton or Haynes manual for that year, but it's very possible they would have it. You can find them at your local public library.
