Chrysler Sebring Oil Filter Location Q. Vincent, I have been changing my own oil in my cars for about 25 years. This past weekend, I attempted to change the oil in my 2002 Chrysler Sebring for the first time and got quite a surprise. I can not find the oil filter. I'm embarrassed to admit that, but it's true. I had the car on jacks, used a flashlight, and I can not find the thing. Help! Chris B. Ellicott City, MD

A. Since you neglected to tell me what engine you have in there, I'm going to assume it is the 2.4 liter engine.

The oil filter is on the right side of the engine, toward the center.
