1974 250 Six Cylinder Engine Q. Sir, this ia an odd question I am sure. But I am in need of a close up picture of a 1974 250 six cylinder engine. I am in the process of installing one in my brothers truck and do not have the brackets for the power steering or the alternator. If you could help or refer me to someone on line that could I would be very thankful. Leo

A. I would call your local chevy dealer to see if they have a catalog picture to show you. An older dealer may still have old catalogs on paper. If not you can try the local Public Library. They have manuals that go that far back.
