Grand AM Cooling Fan
Q. Hello hope you can help . My wife has 1996 Pontiac Grand Am GT 3.1 liter. Coolant fan only comes on when A/C on. I found one temperature sensor located close to thermostat, but I was told it has two sensor one for the gauge which by thermostat and another for coolant fan which I can't find.
Been through service manual book 1 of 2 and 2 of 2. I'm puzzled. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A. The one by the thermostat is for the dash gauge. The one you're looking for is in the rear of the engine on the left hand side. Number 2 in the picture
