Chevrolet S-10 Blazer Has A Rough Idle

Q. My Blazer idles rough, and when in drive and stopped. I have repeatedly put in fuel injector cleaner, and the plugs, and wires are all new. I found a hole in a hose and replaced that, which solved the problem. However, a week later, the problem returned. All the hoses are in good shape, and I can't seem to fix the problem. Any advice?

A. Do you have a vacuum gauge? You could tell if you have another vacuum leak with one. You could also try LIGHTLY spraying some carburetor cleaner around the base of the throttle body and any suspect hoses to see if rpm's pick up. Don't spray near the ignition coil or wires, it could ignite!!
