Chevy Camaro Has No Heat
Q. Hello, I have a question about my 1994 Chevy Camaro. I have lost the heat in my car and I went through and flushed my heater core out and nothing. Then I thought it would be the vent selector and it seems to be working. I thought it could be my thermostat but none of the signs show that it is that because she runs normal and when she's cold it's not showing the signs of a stuck thermostat.
I don't know what to do. If its not my thermostat or my heater core then what could be my problem on why I am not getting any heat? Please help me sir cause I am lost and my Haynes book is no help on this.
A. After the temperature gauge says it's warm, do the heater hoses get hot or warm? If not you have a circulation problem in the engine or a stuck open thermostat. A thermostat is a cheap thing to try. If hoses are hot and no heat, you may have a stuck temperature door in the case.
