VW Classic Beetle Q. Dear Sir: Is there available POWER STEERING KIT for the VW Classic Beetle, Ball Joint type suspension? Where can I get one? Webin Manila Philippines

A. By classic I assume you mean the old VW Bugs, not the New Beetle.

The old VW Bugs did not come with power steering due mainly, I think, to the fact the engines were in the rear and you would need very long power steering lines.

I have no idea if there is an aftermarket power steering kit. I have never heard of it.
