GM Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor

Q. Hi, The dealer "suggested" my wife change out the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor. They wanted $695.00. I found Autozone and NAPA carry it for $129.99 and $185.00 respectfully. The question is, how hard is it to change out? It looks like it's a few clamps, but I'm probably missing something. Appreciate any insight.

GM Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor

A. It's pretty simple. Just make sure it goes in the same way the old one comes out. There may be an arrow on it to tell you direction of airflow. This is critical!!
