Ford F150 Modifications

Q. I have a 1995 Ford F150 pickup with a 302. I have just had it stroked to a 347. It has an automatic transmission. The truck has 253,000 miles on it but has been good to me and I to it. It is fuel injected with P/S, A/C and cruise control. I have also added long tube headers with an "H" pipe to place the O2 sensor there. I have a wide list of things I would like to do to the truck.

Ford F150 Modifications

I am planning things like an electric water pump. An electric fan for the radiator. Extra cooling for the oil, gas, and transmission. I may add a double overdrive system at some point and am also considering a 6.50 differential with a shortened rear end for fat tires. Anything thing else you need to know?

Would you please let me know what things I might do that would require a new chip for the computer? Thank you.

Keith

A. The best place to answer these questions would be at a speed shop that specializes in these kinds of modifications. I can only help with stock, OEM vehicles.
