Mitsubishi Eclipse Clanking In The Rear

Q. Hello, my name is Russell and I have a 1991 Mitsubishi Eclipse turbo AWD and one of my rear wheels sticks out farther than the other. Since I've had the car I have been hearing an annoying clanking noise near the back passenger tire and I've never been able to figure out the problem. The car drives perfect. Only when I get to about 65 mph hour it gets a little rough but other than that it drives perfect. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Mitsubishi Eclipse Clanking In The Rear

A. If one wheel is sticking out further than the other, and you are hearing noises, I recommend getting it on a lift and have the undercarriage looked at ASAP. I can't be specific without seeing it, but something is bent or broken and I don't recommend driving it until it's been corrected.
