Converting To DRL
Q. I have a 1995 Dodge Neon and I am moving to Canada. They require me to convert my car to have daytime running lights. Can you tell me if I can do this myself and if not what should I do?

KevinA. Since there is the requirement to conform to Canadian law, the best thing to do is to take it to a Dodge dealer in Canada after you move and have them do the conversion. That will insure that it is done properly. And also, if it is a 1995 model, you may not have to have the conversion done. If the law went into effect after the 1995 model year, it may not apply to you. Again, the dealer will best be able to tell you this
