Volkswagen Jetta Motor Mounts Q. Hello Vincent, I have a 2001 Volkswagen Jetta, 2.0 liter and one of the bolts on the left, driver side, motor mount has sheared. I am replacing both bolts and after purchasing the Haynes Repair Manual I can not find the torque specifications for the bolts. Might you have the specifications or a recommendation? Thanks, Charlie

1. Mount to body *

• 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.) + 90°(¼ turn)

2. Mount/bracket to body

• 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.)

3. Mount to engine bracket *

• 60 Nm (44 ft. lbs.) + 90°(¼ turn)
