Honda Civic Seat Belt Control Module Q. Hi you have sent a very long message. I will appreciate if you would have just described in couple of lines where to locate the module for seat belt control or its fuse relay? I am a student and cannot afford to get it fixed from Honda or a mechanic. 1991 Honda Civic. Yasin
