Ford V-8 Oil Pressure Sender Q. 1990 Ford V-8 van. Oil gauge bounces around erratically. Where is the oil sensor switch or wire located so I can check for corrosion? Hopefully its less work than taking out the panel.

A. It's located on the right side of the engine, above the oil filter. This is assuming it is a 5.8 liter engine.
