Isuzu Check Engine Light

Q. My Check Engine Light came on in my Isuzu and I don't know what to do. Can you suggest anything?

Isuzu Check Engine Light

A. The Check Engine Light (CEL) comes on when the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) has detected a malfunction and has stored a code. The CEL alerts the driver to this fact so it can be brought in and repaired.

I can't be more specific because you did not tell me what year the vehicle is. But if you go to Diagnostic Trouble Codes you will find the procedure for accessing the codes and what they mean.
