Blink, Blink
Q. Hi Vincent, Here's my problem: I have a 1991 Chevy Cavalier. Recently my turn signal lights have stopped blinking. The lights work but I have to flash them manually. I bought a new fuse and brought my car over to my brother's house. He said that the fuse was not the problem, but rather the "blinking mechanism".
The problem is, that he couldn't find where this mechanism is located. Would you know the answer?

SandyA. The trun signal flasher is located behind the left hand side of the instrument panel, on the steering column bracket
