Another Dead Honda

Q. While driving my 1988 Honda Accord today (4 cylinder engine), the engine stopped abruptly and wouldn't restart! This is the first time this has happened. It's now parked for overnight on a city street. Any ideas of what might be the problem??

Thanks!
Jim

A. Go get it, it will probably start now. The Hondas had a problem with their Main EFI relays. They would stop working when they got hot and as soon as they cooled off enough, they would start working again. I wrote an article, Honda Main Relays that explains what happens and how to check for it.
