Ford Mustang Electrical Problem

Q. Good day Vincent, My Ford Mustang has a few problems all of a sudden. Tuesday the blower fan stopped working. I checked the fuse and it was okay so I assumed that the motor was shot. Then today the turn signals stopped working and the fuse is fine. The turn signals share the same fuse with the back up lights and they do not work either.

So I am puzzled! This has been a very good car. ANY help on this matter would be great.

A. The fuse is one thing the turn signals and back up lights share. The other thing is the turn signal switch is the other. Why Ford routed power for the back up lights through the turn signal flasher is beyond me. If you replace the turn signal flasher you'll fix both problems.

As for the blower motor, you'll have to check for power at the blower motor connector and see if there is power geting to the blower motor. If there is power, then you need a new blower motor. If not you'll need to trace it back to find out where the problem is.
