Caravan Blowing It's Own Horn

Q. Hello I have a 2000 Dodge Caravan, 3.3 liter V-6 with air conditioning. The horn will not stop beeping.it has no alarm system on it that I can see. I have pulled the fuse to stop the noise. I have disconnected the steering column horn wires and it still beeps.

I have disconnected individually each of the two horns one at a time and it still beeps; there is no horn relay module in the box, just a fuse that I have out now to keep it from beeping. Help!

Gary

A. Yes, there is a horn relay in the PDC. See the diagram below for the location.

Unplug the horn relay and check for continuity at the gray/orange wire and ground. If you show continuity then the horn switch is bad. It should be normally open and closed when the horn button is pressed.
