Mazda 626 Stereo And CD Dead

Q. Help! I have a 1997 Mazda 626 with factory AM/FM, Cassette and C/D. I recently had the battery replaced after having to jump start it four times in two days. After the battery was replaced at the local chain auto parts store the radio/CD doe's not work! No display nothing! I have checked the fuses in the kick panel and under the hood and all seem fine! Now what?

Any assistance you could give me would be greatly appreciated!

A. That has a anti-theft radio in it. When power is removed the radio is disabled and the correct code has to be entered to enable it. The code and the procedure should be in the documentation you got with the car. If you don't have it. Take the car to a Mazda dealer and they can get it through their computer.
